Return & refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every personalized printing purchase made through Exclusive Surprise. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Refund Eligibility

​

  • Non-Personalized Items: For non-personalized items, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

  • Personalized Items: Due to the customized nature of personalized printings, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds unless there is a defect in the product or an error on our part in the customization or printing process.. We commit to ensuring that the final product meets your expectations. If there is an issue with the customization or printing quality, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request visual documentation (photos or videos) to assess the issue.

Refund Process

  1. Contact Us: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at exclusivesurprisestore@gmail.com within the specified timeframe along with your order number and details of the issue.

  2. Assessment: We will review your request and, if applicable, request additional information regarding the issue.

  3. Resolution: Upon approval, we will provide instructions for the return, exchange, or refund process. Return shipping costs for non-defective items may be the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Refund Issuance: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 of Days upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.

In the event that a refund is applicable, please refrain from returning the item to the address displayed on the shipping label. Contact our customer service team at exclusivesurprisestore@gmail.com, and we will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address or instructions, depending on the specific situation.

Exceptions

  • Custom Errors: We are not responsible for customer-generated mistakes, such as misspellings, errors in the provided information, or poor image quality in the original file submitted for printing.

  • Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for refunds.
